Spring 2017

We’re delighted to welcome Richard Jenkinson to play Dohnanyi’s Konzertstück in D Major for cello & orchestra in our Spring concert.  Richard is an accomplished performer as well as conductor and Musical Director.  

The full programme is:

Liszt:                   Symphonic Prelude No 3 “Les Preludes”

Dohnanyi:          Konzertstück in D Major for cello & orchestra Op.12. (Richard Jenkinson – cello)

Tchaikovsky:      Symphony No 4  in F minor Op.36  

Tickets are available from any orchestra member, through the Contact Us page, in person at Swindon Central Library, and online through WeGotTickets.  There may be some left over available to purchase on the door but please don’t wait…our concerts sell out so get them early!!

Tickets are £10 adults, £8 concessions, and free for accompanied children under 16.
